We shipped by GDEX, PosLaju and PosMalaysia!!!

Shipping

Fitnutritions.com ships to all states in Malaysia (Singapore in future). We use GDEX for most of our online orders. Please allow for 1-2 working days for ETA. If your shipment doesn't arrive in 2 working days, we will call GDEX ourselves and do the tracking to find out what the problem is until the shipment reach your door. Beside GDEX, we also offer POS Malaysia for lower shipping rate. We will provide GDEX Consignment Note Numbers once we sent out the orders so that you can track your shipment with GDEX if necessary. Our priority stated that all completed orders will be shipped out less than 24 hours after an order has been placed. We do not do shipping on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 4PM will be shipped out on the following day. For certain times due to high order volume or temporary stocks shortage, the order might take slightly longer than the 24 hour processing time. The shortage of stocks sometimes do occur as we also do serve walk-in purchase at our store. We will surely notified you via e-mails / or phone call immediately if orders are delayed for those stated reason. Once an order has be successfully ships via Poslaju Malaysia / GD Express (GDEX) courier, we will notify the tracking number of the parcels via email.
